SHIPPING POLICY
- Most of the products are on-demand as they are personalized hence shipping time is within 3-5 business days depending on the complexity of the design you choose. Stock items will have shorter delivery time.
- Please make sure your address is correct on our website. Any orders that are returned to us, due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, will incur additional shipping charges.
- UAE Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of 20 AED and free for all orders over 500 AED.
- If you need a rush order please get in touch, we will try our best to accommodate your request. But this will require an additional fee in case we are able to help you with your urgent order.
- Pera Atelier is not responsible for Lost, Stolen, Rerouted or Delayed packages.
- We ship your orders via Aramex Courier services. Once your order is ready, it will be collected by Aramex team and we will provide you the tracking number for your reference.
